Who Is Cheyne McDonald?

Cheyne McDonald is a long-time resident of Ivins. In fact, he has even spent the majority of both his childhood and adulthood in Ivins. As a result, he has watched it grow and progress from a two-paved road into what it is today. To top it off, Cheyne has proven to be an asset to the community by serving on the city council and planning commission for the last 14 years.

Cheyne is passionate about Ivins, enjoys serving the community, and is currently appointed chairman of Washington County Solid Waste. Likewise, he enjoys working with other local leaders. Cheyne graduated from Dixie College with an Associates's Degree, and he is also an ASE Certified Mechanic.

Cheyne McDonald and his wife Susan have five beautiful children and one adorable grandbaby. Cheyne owns and runs two successful Automotive and Lube Tech businesses. As proven in his years of serving the community, one of Cheyne's best qualities is his transparency. What you see is what you get.
